Innovative Port Moody is showing their festive Halloween spirit by incorporating pumpkins into training.... I moved them, I threw them, I lifted them....and then one smashed me in the boob leaving me with a large and embarrassing welt. Nope, not a huge hicky....just your average pumpkin injury.
